PENGARUH KOHESIVITAS KELOMPOK KERJA TERHADAP PERILAKU INOVATIF PADA GENERASI Z
Abstrak
Generasi Z adalah kelompok generasi yang inovatif dan kreatif serta memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi dan berusaha memberikan kontribusi positif di tempat mereka bekerja. Perusahaan perlu memastikan suasana kerja yang nyaman dan mendukung, terutama dalam kohesivitas kelompok kerja guna mendorong generasi Z untuk menciptakan ide-ide baru melalui perilaku inovatif mereka. Kohesivitas pada kelompok kerja akan semakin membuat suatu kelompok padu dan solid dalam mencapai tujuan bersama dengan perilaku inovatif yang akan memberikan inovasi dan kreativitas di perusahaan terutama pada generasi Z. Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh dari kohesivitas kelompok kerja terhadap perilaku inovatif pada generasi Z, kepada 100 responden. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kohesivitas kelompok kerja memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif pada generasi Z.
