TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS TENTANG KEHENINGAN KARYAWAN (EMPLOYEE SILENCE)

Abstract

Tak dapat dipungkiri bahwa perilaku employee silence pasti pernah terjadi di perusahaan maupun organisasi. Walaupun banyak yang mengetahui bahwa employee silence berdampak buruk bagi organisasi maupun individu, namun penelitian terkait employee silence masih kurang dieksplorasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji perkembangan penelitian employee silence pada subject area Business, Management, and Accounting; Social Sciences dan Psychology pada jurnal-jurnal terindeks Scopus dalam kurun waktu 50 tahun terakhir dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Identifikasi penelitian dengan menggunakan Scopus analyze search results dan olah data VOSviewer memberikan hasil berupa informasi nama penulis, afiliasi, negara, jumlah dokumen per tahun, sumber dokumen, area subjek, jaringan antar penulis, dan berbagai visualisasi jaringan dalam studi employee silence. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu peneliti di masa yang akan datang dalam menggunakan referensi jurnal yang berkualitas dan terindeks Scopus pada bidang penelitian employee silence.
