TURNOVER INTENTION : APAKAH WORKLOAD AND WORK LIFE BALANCE MEMILIKI PERAN?

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis bagaimana peran workload dan work life balance mempengaruhi turnover intention. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya yang bergerak dibidang ritel, yang berlokasi di seluruh toko Alfamart di wilayah Kecamatan Tembalang, Kota Semarang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yang selanjutnya dianilisis melalui pendekatan regresi linier berganda. Kemudian penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online pada karyawan dan berhasil mengumpulkan 121 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workload mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sementara, work life balance tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention.
