TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS : MOTIVASI DARI EMPLOYEE SELF-DETERMINATION
Abstract
Studi penelitian dilakukan untuk memahami employee self-determination dan motivation baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik dalam pengembangannya terhadap kebutuhan dasar sebagai pemenuhan kepuasan karyawan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi yang mengacu pada tinjauan literatur dengan ruang lingkup dalam bisnis, manajemen, dan akuntansi; psikologi serta ilmu sosial. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) pada jurnal-jurnal terindeks Scopus dalam kurun waktu 30 tahun terakhir. Analisis penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi menggunakan Scopus analyze search results dan olah data melalui VOSViewer yang menunjukkan hasil berupa informasi jumlah dokumen per tahun, sumber dokumen, nama penulis, afiliasi, negara, area subjek, jaringan antar penulis dan visualisasi jaringan studi dari keyword sesuai topik. Diharapkan studi ini dapat membantu peneliti di masa mendatang untuk penggunaan referensi jural berkualitas dan terindeks Scopus khususnya pada topik pembahasan mengenai employee self-determination dan motivation.
