ANALISIS TENTANG KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP ATASAN SEBAGAI MEDIASI FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA TIM
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang dianggap mempengaruhi kinerja tim, peneliti mengajukan kepercayaan sebagai salah satu faktor. Tinjauan pustaka yang digunakan untuk membangun model penelitian sekaligus membahas hasil penelitian ini adalah konsep kinerja tim, kepercayaan, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan komunikasi sebagai bagian dari hipotesis penelitian. Metode penelitian yang diacu adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan mengambil populasi penelitian di perusahaan tambang di Indonesia, dan pendekatan pengolahan data model structural menggunakan alat SMARTPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja tim tidak dipengaruhi oleh peran dari adanya kepercayaan baik dalam kaitan langsung maupun sebagai perantara.
