PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DIGITAL DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI DI BANDARA NGURAH RAI
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi digital dan budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di Bandara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research untuk menguji hubungan kausal antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen dalam konteks transformasi digital sektor kebandaraan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner terstruktur kepada 162 pegawai yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel kompetensi digital diukur berdasarkan kerangka DigComp 2.2 yang mencakup literasi informasi dan data, komunikasi dan kolaborasi digital, pembuatan konten digital, keamanan digital, serta pemecahan masalah teknologi. Variabel budaya organisasi diukur melalui dimensi adaptabilitas, keterlibatan, konsistensi, dan misi organisasi, sedangkan efektivitas kerja diukur melalui ketepatan waktu, kualitas hasil kerja, pencapaian target, dan pemanfaatan teknologi kerja. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai, budaya organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan serta menjadi variabel yang lebih dominan, dan kedua variabel secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,642 menunjukkan bahwa 64,2% variasi efektivitas kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh kompetensi digital dan budaya organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan efektivitas kerja pegawai bandara perlu dilakukan melalui penguatan kompetensi digital dan budaya organisasi secara terpadu.
