REKONSEPTUALISASI SAFETY LEADERSHIP SEBAGAI KAPABILITAS MANAJERIAL MULTILEVEL : HYBRID SYSTEMATIC REVIEW DALAM PERSPEKTIF MANAJEMEN ORGANISASI
Abstract
Studi ini mensintesis trajektori riset safety leadership dan merekonseptualisasikannya sebagai kapabilitas organisasi multilevel yang mempengaruhi hasil keselamatan melalui mekanisme perilaku, psikologis, dan budaya. Pendekatan hybrid bibliometric-systematic literature review diterapkan berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA. Pencarian ini menggunakan database scopus untuk query TITLE-ABS-KEY (“Safety Leadership”) dilakukan hingga 28 januari 2026. Setelah penyaringan awal dan penilaiaan kelayakan full-text, pencarian menghasilkan 155 artikel jurnal berbahasa inggris. Analisis kinerja, termasuk tren publikasi, sumber utama, negara dan penulis, digabungkan dengan pemetaan sains dalam hal ko-occurance kata kunci dan jaringan kolaborasi menggunakan VOSviewer. Hasilnya mengungkapkan bahwa bidang ini berkembang pesat, khususnya setelah 2017, namun masih relevan dan konseptual terfragmentasi. Tema utama mengaitkan Safety Leadership dengan iklim keselamatan, budaya organisasi, manajemen keselamatan dan kinerja keselamatan. Temuan lebih lanjut mengkonfirmasi bahwa konfigurasi praktik kepemimpinan transformasional, transaksional dan safety specific bekerja melalui mekanisme kontrol berbasis kepatuhan dan penguatan budaya proaktif. Studi ini memperjelas batasan konstruk, memetakan kluster dan topik-topik serta mengusulkan agenda riset multilevel dan longitudinal untuk meningkatkan koherensi atara teori kepemimpinan dan riset serta intervensi yang berfokus pada industri beresiko tinggi.
