PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN SEBAGAI STRATEGI PENGURANGAN KEMISKINAN: PARTISIPASI PEREMPUAN DALAM EKONOMI-SOSIAL DI INDONESIA

Abstract

Isu kemiskinan masih menjadi salah satu fokus dalam tujuan Pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis terhadap partisipasi perempuan dalam bidang ekonomi-sosial terhadap pengurangan kemiskinan pada 34 provinsi di Indonesia selama periode 2015-2023 dengan menggunaka regresi data panel. Melalui beberapa uji, model estimasi Random Effect Model (REM) terpilih menjadi model penelitian ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa APS perempuan, pengeluaran per kapita perempuan, dan proporsi perempuan dalam managerial berpengaruh signifikan dalam mengurangi kemiskinan di Indonesia, sementara penggunaan teknologi internet perempuan tidak memiliki pengaruh dalam mengurangi kemiskinan. Temuan ini menekankan bahwa untuk mengurangi kemiskinan, maka perlu meningkatkan kuantitas partisipasi perempuan dalam pendidikan, pendapatan, teknologi, dan tenaga kerja formal beriringan dengan meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitasnya.
