PENGARUH WORKLOAD DAN SUPERVISOR SUPPORT TERHADAP OCCUPATIONAL STRESS MELALUI WORK-LIFE BALANCE KARYAWAN MINIMARKET
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh workload dan supervisor support terhadap occupational stress dengan work-life balance sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan operasional minimarket di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online yang diberikan kepada 120 karyawan operasional minimarket di Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa beban kerja (workload) memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap stres kerja (occupational stress), sementara dukungan dari atasan (supervisor support) dan keseimbangan kerja-hidup (work-life balance) memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap stres kerja (occupational stress). Selain itu, workload terbukti berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap work-life balance, sedangkan supervisor support tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap work-life balance. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berperan sebagai mediator penuh (full mediation) dalam hubungan antara workload dan occupational stress, namun tidak terbukti memediasi hubungan antara supervisor support dan occupational stress. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya perusahaan dalam mengatur workload secara proporsional untuk menjaga work-life balance pribadi karyawan dan mengurangi tingkat occupational stress di sektor ritel.
