ANALISIS STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN REAL TIME OEE IOT PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR OTOMOTIF MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN SWOT, IFAS, DAN EFAS
Abstract
Transformasi digital dalam era Industri 4.0 menuntut perusahaan manufaktur untuk meningkatkan efisiensi melalui sistem berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan strategi pengembangan sistem Real-Time Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) berbasis IoT di PT. E sebagai upaya optimalisasi kinerja produksi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah mixed method dengan dominasi kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner terhadap lima responden ahli. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan kerangka SWOT yang dikuantifikasi melalui matriks IFAS dan EFAS serta dievaluasi menggunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil menunjukkan nilai IFAS sebesar 3,246 dan EFAS sebesar 3,175, menempatkan perusahaan pada posisi kuat dengan peluang eksternal tinggi. Strategi prioritas dengan nilai Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) tertinggi sebesar 1,722 adalah pelatihan rutin bagi pengguna sistem, yang menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia dalam keberhasilan implementasi digital. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi sistem OEE berbasis IoT tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas peralatan, tetapi juga menjadi dasar perumusan strategi pengembangan manufaktur cerdas. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada penerapan terintegrasi metode SWOT–IFAS–EFAS–QSPM dalam analisis strategi digitalisasi produksi di industri otomotif.
