PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN OPTIMISME KARYAWAN TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

Abstract

This study was to examine the form of leadership style used in company management which is quite influential on employee performance. By using 3 (three) leadership styles, namely Authoritarian Leadership, Participative Leadership and Delegative Leadership, the findings show that delegation leadership shows strong results when it is associated with work optimism where it is stated that the leadership style greatly influences employee performance. The method used is quantitative, sampling was conducted on 83 people with a purposive sampling technique by distributing a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire to a private university in South Jakarta. The hypothesis made is supported by the results that the delegation leadership style has a positive and significant relationship with employee performance with optimism.
