COUNTERPRODUCTIVE WORK BEHAVIOR : SEBUAH TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS

Abstract

Perilaku kontra-produktif di tempat kerja (CWB) berdampak negatif pada kinerja organisasi. Meskipun banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi CWB, penelitian mengenai interaksi faktor-faktor tersebut masih terbatas. CWB menjadi tantangan besar dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, yang mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini penting untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab CWB dan strategi untuk menguranginya. Penelitian tentang interaksi faktor-faktor seperti pengawasan abusif, pelanggaran kontrak psikologis, stres, dan kecerdasan emosional dalam mempengaruhi CWB masih kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi CWB dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengurangi perilaku tersebut di tempat kerja. Menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis artikel yang relevan dari database yang diterbitkan antara 2020 hingga 2023. Faktor-faktor seperti pengawasan abusif dan stres kerja berkontribusi signifikan terhadap CWB, sementara kecerdasan emosional dapat membantu mengurangi dampak negatifnya. Penelitian ini menyarankan pendekatan mendalam dalam pengelolaan CWB.
