PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN OUTSOURCING
STUDI PADA PT. TRIFA SARI NUSANTARA
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention. Population in this research is outsourcing employees of PT. Trifa Sari Nusantara, amounting to 150 people. The sample used is 60 people, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method uses probability sampling with the research Simple Random Sampling The data analysis method used is multiple linier regression analysis, using SPSS version 2.1 for windows. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, job stress variable have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. From result of calculation of coefficient of determination ( R² ) workload and compensation both have influence to turnover intention equal to 57,1%.
