PENGARUH KEGUNAAN YANG DIRASAKAN, PENGARUH SOSIAL DAN KEAMANAN YANG DIRASAKAN TERHADAP NIAT UNTUK MENGADOPSI BRImo
Abstract
The development of technology and information is currently experiencing very rapid progress in various sectors, including the financial sector, especially banking. One form of technological development in the financial sector is the emergence of financial technology (fintech). This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, social influence and perceived security on customer intentions to adopt BRImo using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. The research method used is a quantitative survey with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires using Google Form to 100 respondents who are users of the BRImo application. The results of this study indicate that social influence and perceived security influence have a significant influence on the intention to adopt BRImo, while perceived usefulness does not have a significant effect on the intention to adopt BRImo. By knowing the factors that influence adoption, banking and fintech companies are expected to continue to innovate in order to be able to create services that are safer, easier to use, and accepted by the wider community, so that they can increase the adoption of BRImo for both new and existing users.
