Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Penilaian Prestasi Kerja dan Pemberian Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Sei Agul
Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of the physical work environment, work performance appraisal, and the provision of incentives on employees working performance at PDAM Tirtanadi Sei Agul branch office. The sampling technique in this study uses a purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to all employees consisting of permanent employees and contract employees with the criteria of having worked for 2 years or more, after observation it turns out that the average employee has worked more than 3 years so that the sample in this study were all employees as many as 61 respondents. The results showed that the physical work environment, work performance appraisal, and the provision of incentives had a positive effect on the performance employees of PDAM Tirtanadi Sei Agul branch office with a coefficient of determination of 62,1% and the remaining 37,9% is explained by variations in other variables.
