APAKAH SPIRITUAL CAPITAL DAPAT MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PENGUSAHA MUDA?

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh spiritual capital terhadap kinerja entrepreneur di kalangan pengusaha muda di Surabaya, dengan fokus pada kontribusi aspek spiritual dalam menunjang keberhasilan bisnis. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei dan pengujian menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 284 pengusaha muda yang aktif di sektor industri kreatif di Surabaya, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spiritual capital memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap performance entrepreneur. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa nilai-nilai spiritual seperti integritas, kejujuran, tanggung jawab sosial, dan empati memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis, motivasi, dan ketekunan pengusaha dalam menghadapi tantangan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengusaha muda untuk mengembangkan aspek spiritual dalam menjalankan bisnis, karena dapat menjadi faktor pendorong kinerja yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi landasan bagi penelitian lanjutan yang dapat menguji generalisasi hasil pada konteks yang lebih luas.
