PENGARUH GRIT, WORK-LIFE BALANCE DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION PADA KARYAWAN MILENIAL : PERAN MEDITASI TERHADAP JOB SATISFACTION

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak dari grit, Work-life balance, dan kompensasi terhadap Turnover Intention di kalangan karyawan milenial, dengan Job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Convenience sampling digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, dengan menargetkan ukuran populasi yang tidak ditentukan. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui Google Form melalui berbagai platform media sosial seperti WhatsApp dan Instagram, serta didistribusikan kepada kenalan yang berdomisili di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi (JABODETABEK). Dari 120 responden yang dilibatkan, 107 responden memenuhi kriteria untuk diikutsertakan dalam analisis. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan SMARTPLS versi 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Grit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job satisfaction, Work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job satisfaction. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Job satisfaction sedangkan Job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Grit memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, grit memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention melalui Job satisfaction. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pertama yang mengkonfirmasi peran Job satisfaction sebagai variabel yang memediasi pengaruh grit terhadap Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pekerja untuk bertahan atau berpindah, tetapi juga memperkaya literatur dengan memberikan konfirmasi empiris mengenai peran mediasi Job satisfaction dalam hubungan antara grit dan Turnover Intention.
