Abstract

The system for Regional Government Information (SIPD RI) of the Republic of Indonesia is a system used to manage data and information related to regional finances, development, and governance in a more accountable, adaptive, dynamic, responsive, and innovative manner. This research aims to determine whether all departments within BPKAD Mojokerto have implemented SIPD RI, assess the readiness of Mojokerto Local Government in implementing SIPD RI, identify the challenges faced by BPKAD Mojokerto during the transition to SIPD RI, and explore the efforts made by BPKAD Mojokerto to overcome these implementation obstacles. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing data collection techniques through interviews. The research findings indicate that all departments within BPKAD Mojokerto have adopted SIPD RI with support from the Local Government through socialization programs. Facilities at BPKAD Mojokerto are deemed adequate to support the use of SIPD RI. However, human resources readiness remains inadequate due to some employees’ lack of understanding of SIPD RI.
