Kolaborasi Tata Kelola Program BPJS Dalam Penanggulangan Defisit Program BPJS di Kota Bandung
Abstract
Citizens are entitled to basic protection so that basic needs can be fulfilled, although this Social Security presented by the state has a huge impact on the health and welfare of the people of Indonesia, but implementation of social security based on contribution schemes has the problem of a deficit between contributions which is compiled with the number of claims to be paid and operational expenses. By using descriptive qualitative considerations, this study answers how the collaborative governance process in tackling the deficit of the national social security system program is related to the factors that influence it. This research shows the collaborative deficit reduction process that has been agreed by the collaborative and the strategy in managing the deficit management Social security program, low community participation and support from entrepreneurs and private parties will support the sustainability of this program.
