DIGITALISASI SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN : ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK

Abstract

Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, digitalisasi supply chain management (SCM) telah menjadi semakin penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Dengan adopsi teknologi digital, perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan data secara lebih efisien untuk merencanakan, mengelola, dan melacak alur produk dari pemasok hingga konsumen akhir. Salah satu manfaat utama dari digitalisasi SCM adalah kemampuannya untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan visibilitas dalam rantai pasok. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memetakan struktur pengetahuan dan tren topik yang sedang berlangsung, menganalisis topik yang kurang dieksplorasi, serta mengetahui arah penelitian mendatang terkait dengan digitalisasi supply chain management dan hubungannya dengan kinerja perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka dengan pendekatan bibliometrik. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan terhadap 106 artikel yang bersumber dari basis data Scopus dari tahun 2002 s.d. 2023. Bibliometrix R-package (Biblioshiny) digunakan sebagai alat analisis utama dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis terhadap kata kunci dan thematic analysis, dapat teridentifikasi topik yang mulai berkembang seperti environmental management, blockchain, green supply chain management. Blockchain dan cirucular economy juga menjadi topik hangat dalam lima tahun terakhir. Research gaps dan arah penelitian mendatang juga dibahas dalam artikel ini. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jangkauan pengetahuan dan referensi bagi para akademisi dan profesional di bidang SCM.
