PENGARUH TOURIST PERCEPTION TERHADAP REVISIT INTENTION MELALUI TOURIST SATISFACTION DUSUN BAMBU KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT
Abstract
Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh tourist perception terhadap revisit intention yang dimediasi oleh tourist satisfaction Dusun Bambu Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Sebanyak 180 responden yang berpengalaman mengunjungi Dusun Bambu Kabupaten Bandung Barat berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode cross-sectional atau one shot digunakan untuk mendapatkan data. Instrumen telah dinyatakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Structural equation modelling (SEM) digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.0. Dari enam belas hipotesis penelitian yang diusulkan, sebelas diantaranya didukung oleh data empiris. Dengan hasil penelitian staff and access, facilities, information, dan environment berpengaruh positif terhadap tourist satisfaction, attraction dan information berpengaruh positif terhadap revisit intention, tourist satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap revisit intention, dan tourist satisfaction berperan memediasi pengaruh staff and access, facilities, information, dan environment terhadap revisit intention. Penambahan variabel revisit intention sebagai variabel dependen merupakan pengembangan dari model konseptual pada penelitian sebelumnya
