Abstract

Although the benefits of rubber for the life of the world community at this time are very good both for basic materials and for supplementary goods, but have not been able to make rubber prices increase let alone make rubber farmers prosperous plus their work to get rubber products must work hard. By using descriptive methods and qualitative approaches this study was conducted, informants used as many as 21 people with structured interviews and triangulation analysis, the results were obtained. The factors that cause freeze are human factors which were weak human resources of farmers in 1980-1991. Capital factor is due to limited capital in the factory and often delays in disbursement of farmers' salaries, difficulty in the process of borrowing money, lack of communication between farmers and employees. Resulting in a decrease in the sense of trust between the two parties and arises a sense of not needing each other.
