TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL BERBASIS ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) DALAM PENGELOLAAN MARKETPLACE UMKM
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dalam mengelola Marketplace UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara serta observasi dan analisis data yang bersifat induktif/kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian ini lebih fokus pada pemahaman makna daripada generalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari pemilik toko Budiman Handicraft, dan data sekunder seperti dokumen operasional yang relevan dan file untuk menganalisis dan mendukung temuan penelitian. Data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini harus valid dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan sumbernya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) dalam konteks UMKM Budiman Handicraft memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Melalui analisis sistem menggunakan kerangka PIECES, beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM tersebut berhasil diidentifikasi. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Budiman Handicraft, sistem ERP dirancang dengan mengintegrasikan unsur-unsur multimedia, komputasi, dan komunikasi yang menunjukan hasil bahwa ERP dapat mempermudah dalam pengelolaan marketplace UMKM menjadi lebih efektif.
