PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI MEDIASI KEPUASAN
Abstract
Dalam studi ini, kepuasan kerja akan digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi untuk menguji hubungan antara budaya perusahaan dan kinerja karyawan. Untuk memahami lebih baik hubungan antara variabel-variabel ini, studi ini menggunakan metode yang dikenal sebagai studi literatur, di mana data dari studi sebelumnya dikumpulkan dan dianalisis. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya perusahaan dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya memengaruhi seberapa baik karyawan bekerja. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa hubungan antara budaya perusahaan dan kinerja karyawan serta gaya kepemimpinan dimoderasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini memberikan pemahaman baru bagi akademisi dan praktisi tentang pentingnya memiliki budaya perusahaan yang mendukung dan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan.
