STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN SUMBERDAYA MANUSIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT XYZ

Abstrak

Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan penentu keberhasilan perusahaan. Kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten di bidang komunikasi dan teknologi informasi semakin meningkat seiring dengan konvergensi arus komunikasi dan informasi. Data digunakan dari penilaian staf dan wawancara mendalam dengan pakar eksternal dan internal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, SAST dan AHP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa divisi SDM mendapat evaluasi yang buruk dari penilaian. Ada beberapa prioritas yang dianggap mampu meningkatkan kinerja dan kompetensi departemen manajemen di PT XYZ.
