HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY TO IMPROVE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN PT XYZ

Abstract

Quality Human Resources (HR) is a determinant of company success. The need for competent human resources in the field of communication and information technology is increasing along with the convergence of communication and information flows. Data used from staff assessments and in-depth interviews with both external and internal experts. The method used in this research is descriptive, SAST and AHP. The results showed that the HR division got a bad evaluation from the assessment. There are several priorities that are considered capable of improving the performance and competence of the management department at PT XYZ.
