DETERMINAN EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PADA DESA PRAMANA SWAN DENGAN EMPOWERMENT DAN SATISFACTION SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam perusahaan. Pandemi Covid-19 telah membawa perubahan era dan perubahan kebiasaan-kebiasaan kerja yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan, terutama dalam sektor pariwisata dan perhotelan dimana karyawan harus melakukan kerja ekstra agar perusahaan dapat bertahan dikala pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi employee performance dengan empowerment dan satisfaction sebagai pemediasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan Desa Pramana Swan yang berjumlah 47 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas, pemberdayaan dan kepuasan yang dimiliki karyawan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan hendaknya mengupayakan berbagai hal agar karyawan dapat mengerahkan kemampuan mereka untuk peningkatan kinerja. Namun, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebebasan yang diberikan karyawna justru tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, artinya employee autonomy tidak relevan dipertimbangkan dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap perkembangan teori manajemen sumber daya manusia khususnya dalam menghadapi situasi khusus seperti terjaidnya pandemi.
