Potensi Dan Realisasi Wakaf Uang di Indonesia Tahun 2014-2018

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the potential of waqf and also how much is the realization of the collection that has been collected in several charitable institutions that provide endowment funds in Indonesia in 2014-2018. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods that are supported by secondary data from various sources. The results of this study reveal that there is an imbalance between the amount of expected waqf potential and the realization of waqf funds that were collected. The cause of this inequality is due to many factors including because of problems such as trust in managing funds, problems, human resource problems, system problems, waqf management units (nazhir) which are still lacking in competence in managing waqf. The solution to this problem can be by collaborating with Nadzhir and Islamic banks which have been done by several Islamic banks in Indonesia.
