Abstract

Studying how the concepts of information technology, convenience, security risk and service functions affect the performance of public budget management using Internet banking is the aim of the research. Quantitative method had chosen in the implementation of this research. This type of research is an illustrative study. Citizens surveyed include the finance director of the AUD Education Office, Primary and Secondary Education in 34 districts in Indonesia, and the director of the culture department at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. Research participants were selected based on the random sampling method used, namely through Form G which was distributed through WhatsApp groups for 1 week, and 103 subjects were selected. Data analysis uses a Structured Equation Model (SEM) approach which is supported by Intelligent PLS software. Awareness of test results, information technology, suitability, security risks and service capabilities have proven to have a significant good impact on the management of the state budget. As the executor of the role of online banking in national financial management, we hope that the finance department which consists of budget users, contractors and treasury staff can maintain the performance of the finance department and the Ministry of Education and culture.
