PENERAPAN STREATEGI PEMASARAN DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN MINAT PENGGUNA JASA DEKORASI TABLE SETTING DI PURWOKERTO BANYUMAS
Abstract
This research was motivated by the very rapid marketing progress that occurred in the Purwokerto Table Setting amidst the many competitors in the decoration service business world today. Based on this, this study seeks to find out the background of the marketing strategy in increasing the interest of users of decoration services in Table Setting Purwokerto Banyumas. The research method used is qualitative research with a deduction model, which is one of the studies that produces descriptive data in the form of speech or writing or the behavior of the people being observed. While the data collection technique is done through documentation, equipped with interviews. The results of this study indicate that there are several strategies to increase the interest of users of decoration services applied by Table Setting Purwokerto, namely: 1) Advertising (Whatsapp and Instagram), 2) Personal Selling, 3) word of mouth strategies, and 4) Sales Promotion. Based on the results of research that have been done promotion strategies either through social media or directly can play an important role in increasing the interest of users of Table Setting decoration services in Purwokerto Banyumas.
