Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya inovasi dan efikasi diri terhadap teknostres. Serta pengaruh budaya inovasi, efikasi diri dan teknostres terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh kesejahteraan di tempat kerja pada karyawan IT yang melakukan pekerjaannya dengan WFH. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dengan sample penelitian sebanyak 195 karyawan IT yang bekerja secara WFH, dengan teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS v.3.2 untuk menguji outer model (menguji validitas dan reliabilitas seluruh indikator dari seluruh variabel dan inner model (menguji hipotesis). Dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya inovasi dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap teknostres. Budaya inovasi, efikasi diri, teknostres berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap WWB. Budaya inovasi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Efikasi diri dan WWB berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. WWB mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya inovasi terhadap kinerja, tetapi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh antara efikasi diri dan teknostres terhadap kinerja.
