PENGARUH CREATION LOGIC DAN PORTOFOLIO KETERAMPILAN TERHADAP MINDSET KEWIRAUSAHAAN
Abstract
Mindset kewirausahaan merupakan cara-cara berpikir seorang wirausaha. Diantara sekian banyak faktor yang membentuk mindset kewirausahaan, terdapat dua faktor utama, yaitu creation logic dan keterampilan kewirausahaan. Tujuan dari studi ini untuk mengungkap dampak dari creation logic dan portofolio keterampilan pada mindset kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Sebanyak 136 sampel mahasiswa yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan turut berpartisipasi dalam survey ini yang dipilih dengan menggunakan sampel acak sederhana. SEM-PLS analysis digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa creation logic dan portofolio keterampilan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap mindset kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Namun demikian, portofolio keterampilan memberikan pengaruh positif yang sangat dominan terhadap mindset kewirausahaan dibandingkan creation logic.
