PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PTPN III KEBUN RAMBUTAN
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of communication, motivation and work environment on the performance of PTPN III Kebun Rambutan employees. The population in this study amounted to 386 employees and the sample in this study amounted to 196 employees. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Testing the hypothesis on communication partially obtained the value of t count > t table or 3.899 > 1.972 and significant obtained 0.000 < 0.05, which can be explained that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. on motivation partially obtained the value of tcount> t table or 7.313> 1.972 and significant obtained 0.000 <0.05, which can be explained that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And in the work environment partially obtained the value of t arithmetic > t table or 6.439 > 1.972 and significant obtained 0.000 < 0.05, which can be explained that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously on the variables of communication, motivation and work environment, Fcount (71.922) > F table (2.42) and significance probability 0.000 <0.05 which can be explained that communication, motivation and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. .
