PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI,MOTIVASI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT PASAR SWALAYAN MAJU BERSAMA CABANG MANGKUBUMI
Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Communication, Motivation and Leadership on Employee Performance at PT Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama Mangkubumi Branch. Lack of ineffective employee work communication can be seen from frequent errors in work, low employee motivation,as reflected in the lack of awards given to employees and leadership that has not been able to encourage employees resulting in decreased employee performance as reflected in not achieving company targets. The research method uses quantitative. The population is 117 employees and the sample is 107 employees of PT Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama Mangkubumi Branch. The sampling technique used was census sampling. Partially testing the hypothesis Communication, Motivation and Leadership have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in PT Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama Mangkubumi Branch
