PENGARUH ROLE CONFLICT DAN ROLE AMBIGUITY TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA, DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh role conflict dan role ambiguity terhadap kepuasan kerja serta dampaknya terhadap komitmen organisasional. Responden sebanyak 56 karyawan pada suatu pabrik di kawasan industri Karawang.Teknik analisis utama yang digunakan adalah  analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa role conflict memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan role ambiguity tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional. Selain itu, role conflict memberikan pengaruh negatif tidak langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui kepuasan kerja.
