Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan Berbasis Inovasi untuk Menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0

Abstract

Di era yang dinamis dan kompetitif saat ini, perusahaan dihadapkan pada tantangan yang ketat dengan memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pasar dan pelanggan yang terus meningkat. Untuk memastikan daya saing dan keberhasilan, manajer organisasi perlu menerima inovasi sebagai elemen kunci organisasi. Bagaimanapun, pendorong utama inovasi adalah SDM dan agar menjadi sukses perlu mendukung, merencanakan dan memelihara budaya inovasi. Berdasarkan aspek-aspek tersebut penulis mengajukan suatu kerangka kerja pengembangan SDM untuk inovasi, guna mencapai kinerja organisasi untuk menyongsong Revolusi Industri 4.0. Maksud kerangka kerja ini untuk menawarkan, kepada semua manajer, gambaran yang jelas tentang kapasitas SDM yang ada untuk berinovasi dan kemungkinan untuk mengembangkan kapasitas ini dalam rangka meningkatkan kapasitas organisasi untuk inovasi, sehingga meningkatkan peluang mereka berhasil di era sekarang ini.
