TALENT RETENTION : A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW (SLR)

Abstract

Talent dianggap sebagai potensi atau kemampuan individu yang berbeda untuk melaksanakan strategi pertumbuhan organisasi dan merupakan istilah yang banyak dibicarakan di era kontemporer, Ketika ditangani dengan baik, sumber daya manusia yang berbakat mendorong upaya organisasi untuk melaksanakan strategi pertumbuhan sehingga memberikan keberlanjutan bagi organsiasi dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode penelititian ini menggunakan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review. Data diperoleh dari database online, yakni AOS-Estratagia and Inovacao, John Wiley and Sons Inc, Emerald Publishing, Indersciense Publishers, SAGE Publications,University of Minnesota, Technical Publishing, Technical University of Liberec, Routledge (2020-2023) dan telah diperoleh 87 artikel. Dengan menggunakan penelusuran kata kunci “talent retention dan talent management”. Hasil analisis diperoleh Talent management  dan talent retention harus dilihat sebagai prioritas bisnis yang strategis dan karena alesan ini, organisasi siap untuk berinvestigasi dalam karir para karyawan ini utnuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasi mereka dan menghindari fenomena pergantian yang didorong oleh pasar.
