The use of video conferencing applications in Indonesia during the period of physical distancing or Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) is increasing. This type of mobile service technology in the mobile communication services taxonomy has experienced an increase in downloads and a projected compound growth rate globally and regionally. In Indonesia, the video conference application has received a positive response. There was an increase in downloads on five platforms as of March 2020. The high adoption rate for video conferencing applications indicates high interest from the public. This momentum is then used by organizations or business entities in Indonesia as the right medium for carrying out productive activities such as discussions of various knowledge and knowledge as well as an effort to reintroduce the organization as a result of economic weakness in all sectors of the impact of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Through the website seminars (webinars) as part of the integrated marketing communication mix strategy (IMC). Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of factors on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), namely perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward use, and behavioral intention to use on zoom services. This study used a purposive sampling method with a sample of 55 respondents. The method of analysis in this study is Partial Least Square. The results of this study are that perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use has a positive effect on attitude toward use, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on attitude toward use, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on behavioral intention to use, attitude toward use has an effect positive on the behavioral intention to use zoom use, and behavioral intention to use has an effect positive on the Actual Use Zoom Meeting
