PENATAAN PASAR TRADISIONAL DIMUKO-MUKO BATHIN VII KABUPATEN BUNGO

Abstract

This article aims to find out the traditional market arrangement in Muko-muko Bathin VII Bungo district, using a descriptive method with a Qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews with 15 informants. The results of this study are only the District Government fostering traditional markets in Muko-Muko Sub-District VII Bathin, and directly managed or managed by each hamlet, traditional market arrangement is still not neat because of the lack of stalls and locations for the construction of new stalls and facilities other supporters.

The obstacles faced by the Hamlet Government in the Structuring of Traditional Markets are caused by the limited land for the construction of stalls and other supporting facilities, understanding of administration, and not understanding the management and benefits of traditional markets on the importance of neat governance and market arrangement.

The efforts made by the Hamlet Government in overcoming the obstacles encountered were to increase the ability of the administrators of the Traditional Market in Muko-Muko Bathin VII Subdistrict, to build stalls and other facilities carried out by the hamlet government, and to improve supervision.
